Interactives

From Falling Sky

An interactive is a session of the game held indoors at whatever room the Society has booked that week. Interactives are held on Friday evenings, usually at 7.00pm. In interactives, your character stays in the room and socialises with the other player characters (PCs). Events come to you, in the form of non-player characters (NPCs or "monsters") sent in by refs to provide opportunities to get involved in plot. You can expect many varied encounters throughout the evening and also plenty of opportunity for the PCs to interact and work together to solve problems.

Interactives in Falling Sky

Falling Sky is specifically designed as a no-PvP system. Interactives are representing the meetings of the Seeker's Guild in-character; violence is both illegal and unlikely in the extreme to be effective.

A major theme of the interactives in Falling Sky is resource allocation; the Seeker's Guild only brings in so many resources each fortnight, and allocating them is done by vote of their members. Each player character gets a vote as part of their Downtime, and many of the encounters will try to convince PCs to send resources their way.
